Clients must disclose any allergies or skin conditions prior to their appointment. It is the client's responsibility to follow pre-tan and post-tan care instructions provided by the technician.
We are not liable for any adverse reactions or skin irritations resulting from the use of our products. Clients are encouraged to perform a patch test if they have sensitive skin.
Our spray tanning procedures adhere to all safety regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Technicians are trained to provide a professional service in a hygienic environment.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to our policies.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your spray tan appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been rendered. If you are not satisfied with your spray tan, please reach out to us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to availability.
